Terms of Service

1. The service

PlanBefore is an invitation-only developer service that lets an authorized MCP client request read-only information from projects you explicitly expose through PlanBefore Node. There is no public registration or general commercial offering in this MVP.

2. Your account and security

The service is intended for people aged 18 or older. Keep your passkeys, recovery codes and invitation links secure. You are responsible for activity authorized through your account and must notify PlanBefore if you believe a credential, Node or authorization has been compromised.

3. Your code and permission

PlanBefore does not acquire ownership of your source code. You retain your rights in your repositories and content. PlanBefore receives only the limited technical permission needed to receive a request, read the requested information locally, transport the response and return it to the authorized client.

You must have the authority to expose a repository, process its content, send content to the MCP client you select and handle any personal, confidential or regulated information present in that repository.

4. MCP clients

When you authorize ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or another MCP client for the read-only scope at https://mcp.kvnlabs.xyz/repoflow, content requested from your exposed projects may be returned to that client. The external client’s handling of that content is governed by its own terms and privacy policies.

5. Availability and downloaded software

PlanBefore is provided on a best-effort basis during the MVP. The service may be changed, interrupted, suspended or retired for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Downloaded Node software is provided with the release notes and checksums published on GitHub Releases. Review and verify downloads before running them.

6. Suspension and termination

PlanBefore may disable an account, end sessions or Node access, stop a project from being exposed, or terminate access when necessary for security, abuse prevention, a violation of these terms or the end of the MVP. You may deny an authorization request, revoke a Node, stop exposing a project, and revoke access through the connected MCP client where that client supports it. You may also request account deletion through privacy@kvnlabs.xyz.

7. Reasonable limitations

PlanBefore is read-only but cannot control what an authorized MCP client does with content after it receives a response. You remain responsible for the repositories and information you expose, the client you authorize and compliance with obligations that apply to your content. PlanBefore does not promise that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for every purpose.

8. Changes

These basic MVP terms may be updated as the product develops. Material changes will be published with a new version and date. New invitation registrations must explicitly agree to these Terms of Service and acknowledge the Privacy Policy; that is not a blanket consent to all data processing.
